Organizers say guest speakers include state lawmakers like Idaho State Senator Steve Vick and State Representatives Ron Mendive and Vito Barbieri.
A local group called “Oath Keepers” is helping put on the event. The group is made up of military members and police interested in making sure current elected officials understand the Constitution.
And in Spokane, WA Sharp Shooter will host activities for the first ever National Gun Appreciation Day, including covering the history of firearms in American society. Attendees can also learn more about Concealed Pistol Licenses and pending legislation.
If attendees come out to buy a new gun they might run into some trouble, because the store is currently running low on firearms. They will have free gun rentals for anyone wanting to try one out.
